ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A newly released autopsy report for murdered Orange County teen Alexandria Chery confirms her manner of death as homicide.
The body of Chery was found murdered along the Polk-Osceola County line in August.
Sanel Saint-Simon, Chery's mother's boyfriend, is charged with her murder.
The medical examiner could not specifically state what killed Chery because her body was so badly decomposed.
In the 17-page document, the medical examiner said Chery had a stab wound in the chest and blunt force trauma to the head.
