ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Investigators are searching for four men wanted in a deadly home invasion.
Investigators said they say broke into two homes in Ocoee Monday night, tied three people up and killed one of them.
Orange County homicide detectives confirmed Abdel Younge was the intended target of a crime spree that ended with two separate home invasions and ultimately his kidnapping, and slaying.
Younge's neighbors were baffled.
"It's something you wouldn't expect, something you wouldn't dream of," said Kim, a neighbor who did not want to disclose her last name.
Younge lives in Ocoee, but deputies said he was at a home on Raleigh Street in Washington Shores Monday night when four masked men armed with guns burst in and kidnapped him.
They tied up a man he was with, and threw Younge in a van.
Deputies said the men drove to the victim's home in Ocoee where they stormed in and tied up one of Younge's teenage family members.
When authorities arrived they discovered his family physically unhurt but found his body in a van just down the street.
"It appears this victim was targeted, very violent, we're trying to get to the bottom of who did this to him," Jane Watrel of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.
