MIMS, Fla. — A death investigation is underway in Brevard County after a body was found off a roadway in Mims, deputies said.
At about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, deputies said a county worker found the body in the area of Cuyler Street and Hammock Road.

It is not known how long the body was there.
Investigators said they are conducting interviews and collecting evidence to determine the cause of death.
