Brightline train tickets from Orlando to South Florida go on sale this week

ORLANDO, Fla. — You could book your ticket for a trip on Brightline’s new train service from Orlando to South Florida as early as this week.


Brightline trains are preparing to run from the Orlando International Airport to Miami.

Patrick Goddard, president of Brightline, spoke with Channel 9 about the new Brightline extension into Central Florida.

“As soon as next week, we’re gonna put tickets on sale for future dates so that people can start making their plans for the fall and the winter,” Goddard said.

Tickets for adults will cost $79. It’s half that for kids.
