The expected changes are the result of a rapid rise in fuel expenses.
United Airlines, American Airlines and Southwest Airlines have stated that they anticipate reducing their overall number of flights due to the high price of jet fuel.
According to data from the Consumer Price Index, the cost of air travel has already risen by approximately 25% compared to the previous year.
The potential service reductions might begin throughout the holiday period.
