SANFORD, Fla. — The Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is giving guests a chance to explore the zoo after hours this Friday.
Sunset at the Zoo runs from 5 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 28 and will celebrate Native American and Alaska Native heritage.
The event will feature cultural activities, storytelling, educational experiences, food trucks, animal enrichment demonstrations, keeper chats and giraffe feedings.
Tickets are $6 when purchased online in advance or $8 at the gate. A family four-pack is also available for $46 and includes four tickets, four hot dogs and four fountain drinks.
The last admission is at 7:30 p.m.
