BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Redevelopment of the Cocoa Expo Sports Center is moving forward despite some recent complications.
The Saint Johns River Water Management District told WFTV the developer has now addressed a violation letter issued last month.
That letter referred to the beginning of construction without a permit. Now the agency is working with the developer to establish wetland boundaries.
