Daytona Beach police work to identify woman found wandering around hospital

Daytona Beach police are asking the public’s help identifying a woman found wandering outside Florida Memorial Hospital.

Hospital staff called police at about 3 p.m. Thursday and said the woman appeared to be lost.

Police said the woman seems to have several disabilities and is unable to communicate her name or where she lives.

She appears to be in her late 20s or early 30s.

The woman is in good physical health, but officers are working to reunite her with her family.

Anyone who recognizes the woman is asked to call the Daytona Beach Police Department at 386-671-5447.

The woman is about 4-feet tall and may answer to the name “Jennifer."
