Enzian to host Meat Loaf tribute, screening his most popular films

MAITLAND, Fla. — Enzian Theater will host screenings of two of the late Meat Loaf’s most popular films beginning this weekend.

Meat Loaf, a singer best known for songs such as “Bat out of Hell” and “I’d Do Anything for Love,” died Jan. 20 at the age of 74.

On Friday at 8:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 9 p.m., Enzian will host a screening of the 1999 film “Fight Club,” which stars Brad Pitt and Edward Norton but features Meat Loaf in a prominent role.

On Saturday at 9:30 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 10 at 9 p.m., Enzian will host the 1975 cult classic “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” which also stars Meat Loaf in an unforgettable musical number.

Regular tickets for each screening are $12, or $10 for students and seniors. Click here for tickets.
