ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.,None — The ex-wife of the late Pastor Zachery Tims said she's dropping a lawsuit filed against the board of the mega church she helped to build.
Riva Tims filed the suit because she claimed the board of the New Destiny Christian Center appointed a new pastor without getting the congregation's approval.
Zachery Tims was found dead in a New York City hotel in August.
Riva Tims posted on her Facebook page that she's dropping the suit because she'd already waived the right to file a complaint against the church.
