ORLANDO, Fla. — We finished Father’s Day weekend with hot temps and more showers on the way.

Meteorologist George Waldenberger said the first half of Monday looks to be rain free. But as we head into the afternoon, scattered storms will develop again.
By Monday evening rain will return. As we approach Tuesday there will see a possible morning and afternoon shower as the wet weather pattern continues.
Finally, an organizing area of a low-pressure way out in the Eastern Tropical Atlantic looks primed to develop into a tropical depression or named storm.
It’s too early to know if it will curve back out to sea or move toward the Caribbean.
