FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — Three people have been arrested, with some already convicted, following a multi-agency investigation into a drug trafficking organization in Flagler County.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation lasted more than a year and resulted in the seizure of luxury vehicles, weapons, more than $100,000 in cash and hundreds of designer items.

Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly joined representatives from the FBI, Homeland Security and other agencies Friday morning to announce the sentencing of Claude Harris and John Harris, as well as the arrest of Aleah Fagan, who investigators identified as Claude Harris’ girlfriend.
Investigators described the Harris brothers as drug kingpins who were already well known to law enforcement.
“These two and their accomplices have been dealing poison in this community for a very long time,” Staly said.
Authorities dubbed the investigation “Operation Loose Lips” after one of the suspects, who investigators said went by the street name “Lips.”
Investigators said the extensive undercover operation involved three properties and targeted a drug organization that had been known to the sheriff’s office for more than a decade.
The investigation led to the seizure of luxury vehicles, weapons, more than $100,000 in cash and more than 250 designer items, including shoes and jewelry. Investigators said the designer goods were used to launder drug money.
“The community should know that we just don’t deal with street-level dealers,” Staly said. “We’ll take it as high as we can go along with our partners and wherever it takes.”
Fagan is still awaiting trial on her charges.
