This includes Palm Coast.
Doppler radar estimates between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in this area.
An additional 1 inch of rain is possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is expected to occur or is likely occurring in this region.
Additional strong storms with heavy rains are possible across Central Florida through the mid-evening hours.
