SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla.,None — A former Major League Baseball player arrested on charges of driving drunk will be in a Seminole County courtroom Wednesday to try and keep some evidence out of his trial.
Curtis Leskanic was arrested last year in Altamonte Springs.
Police said they found him passed out at the wheel of his truck with his 5-year-old daughter in the back seat.
Dash camera video of his arrest shows he had a hard time completing a field sobriety test. A Breathalyzer test found his blood alcohol content was four times the legal limit, according to officials.
