ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Some homes in an Apopka-area neighborhood were evacuated Monday morning because of a gas main break, according to officials with Orange County Fire Rescue.
The evacuations were in a neighborhood northwest and southwest of the intersection of North Wekiva Springs Road and Votaw Road, according to officials.
Crews eventually clamped the leak and residents were able to return to their homes.
