Groundbreaking ceremony to be held for emergency room in Central Florida Tuesday

Construction for a $15.5 million emergency room will begin this month at the HCA Florida Osceola Hospital on Bronson Memorial Hwy in St Cloud.

The building plan includes an 11,000-foot, freestanding emergency room targeted to open in the Winter of 2023.
The multimillion-dollar facility will be staffed with board-certified emergency medicine physicians and nurses; The emergency room will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Physicians and colleagues are expected to treat various general and specific conditions, including infections, chest pain, and broken bones.
