Hondo Rodeo Fest begins general ticket sales this Friday

The February event at Raymond James Stadium will feature a $1 million rodeo competition and concerts by Nickelback, Jason Aldean and other artists

TAMPA, Fla. — General ticket sales for The Hondo Rodeo Fest’s Tampa debut begin Friday, Aug. 28, with discounted admission available for a limited time.

Organizers said tickets will be 20% off from Aug. 28 through Sept. 4. The discount will drop to 10% from Sept. 5 through Oct. 2 before prices increase. The offers are subject to change and ticket availability.

The three-day event will take place Feb. 26-28, 2027, at Raymond James Stadium. Each day will combine a rodeo competition with live country or rock music.

The concert schedule includes:

  • Friday, Feb. 26: Jon Pardi and Cody Johnson
  • Saturday, Feb. 27: Dexter & The Moonrocks and Nickelback
  • Sunday, Feb. 28: The Red Clay Strays and Jason Aldean

The Hondo Rodeo Fest will bring 76 invited rodeo athletes together to compete for a $1 million purse.

The event marks the festival’s first expansion into Florida.
