ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —
A judge has ordered the arrest of a material witness who hasn't shown up to court to testify. Prosecutors said the man ignored subpoenas and voicemails.
"Obviously the state's expending a lot of effort in getting this witness. He has to be important to the state's case," WFTV legal expert Bill Sheaffer said.
