The private liberal arts college sold a 6,618-square-foot, two-story office building at 311 W. Fairbanks Ave. and a 0.26-acre vacant property zoned for commercial use at 379 W. Fairbanks Ave.
The office building formerly housed the college’s human resources, payroll and risk management departments, and currently is vacant as those staff members were relocated to other parts of the campus.
