OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A 20-year-old man was arrested in Kissimmee Tuesday after allegedly shooting into a construction site on Boggy Creek Road, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies and members of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team responded to an aggravated assault the area of the 3200 block of Boggy Creek Road just after 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Eduardo Torres-Bonet was arrested and charged in connection with the shooting.
No one was injured in the incident.
No other information was released.
