OCALA, Fla. — A 45-year-old man has died after being shot at a convenience store in Ocala.
Police said a 19-year-old suspect is now facing a second-degree murder charge.
The shooting happened at King’s Food Mart near SW Fort King Street and SW Martin Luther King Avenue.
The victim was seriously injured and taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The Ocala Police Department identified the suspect as 19-year-old Curnel Brown.
Police said Brown was located and taken into custody. He is charged with second-degree murder.
The shooting remains under investigation.
