Swiney said he heard gunshots.
"He was, like, kind of, like, grunting, kind of, almost like, grasping for someone, but no one was really there," Swiney said.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — At about 8:20 p.m. Saturday, deputies said they found Ronell Brown suffering from a gunshot wound at the apartment complex on Woodbury Road.

Swiney said he ran to the balcony of his Waterford Pointe apartment and saw Brown stumbling.
Swiney called 911.
Brown was taken to a hospital, where he later died, officials said.
The gunman fled the scene before deputies arrived, officials said.
