ORLANDO, Fla. — It's the second time in a week Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation agents seized a truck full of massage parlor items because they said the women inside were offering sex.
MBI agents raided the Blossom Spa on Colonial Drive, arresting two women and bringing a black light to build their case.
"We did some biological testing and virtually every single bed had human biological liquids on it," Lt. Mike Gibson of MBI said.
Orlando Code Enforcement was also called out to have a look around the property.
MBI is going after more than just the women who offer services, in order to get similar businesses out of neighborhoods.
They went after the owner and turned him over to the city's Nuisance Abatement Board.
"Oct. 1 he signed a consent agreement he would put an end to this prostitution," Gibson said.
They said he's clearly violated that agreement.
Investigators said it's the seventh time agents have been there and been offered sex since January, and the third time they've made arrests.
One woman even had a warrant because she offered sex to an undercover agent in September, last Friday and this Thursday.
"The worst case scenario, absolutely the city of Orlando could take this property from the owner," Gibson said.
