MARION COUNTY, Fla. — A 19-year-old University of Central Florida student reported missing was found Tuesday night, according to Marion County sheriff's deputies.
Mikanzis Spinella, 19, left his Marion County home to sell a video game console, telling his family that he'd return to pack his things before heading back to UCF Monday, but his family said Spinella didn't return.
Spinella's family said they were concerned for his safety.
"I'm terrified and I'm scared, and I really think something happened to him," said his mother, Debora Spinella.
Deputies said Mikanzis Spinella was found by Orlando police and that he was found safe.
He and his family were to be reunited sometime Tuesday evening, deputies said. They said they would have more information on what happened to Mikanzis Spinella on Wednesday
