ORLANDO, Fla. — A man died Thursday afternoon after police said he was found shot in a parking lot near an Orlando church.

Officers said they found the middle-aged man shot in a parking lot near Shiloh Baptist Church of Orlando, located at 604 W. Jackson St. Investigators said the man died after being transported to a hospital.
