ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The 19-year-old accused in four road rage-related shootings in Orange County was rearrested on Thursday for another shooting, deputies said.

Deputies said he is now facing charges related to a fifth road-rage shooting. They said the victim in the case saw Bullard on the news and called detectives to say, “That’s the guy who shot at me!”

The latest arrest stems from a shooting incident in December 2021.

“Now he’s facing 10 felony charges and we are confident he won’t get out and cause more havoc in our community,” Sheriff John Mina said Thursday.
