Firefighters said they were called at about 7:45 a.m. to the ride on International Drive.

They said Jacob David Kaminsky was climbing the 450-foot tower for the safety check when he fell to the bottom platform. It is unknown how high up he was.

The attraction, which opened in 2018, is billed as the world’s tallest swing ride.
