OIA said that Saturday is expected to be the busiest travel day of the holiday season.

Travelers like Jeremiah Davis are doing their best to speed through lines that continue to quickly pile up.

“I think my advantage is I have the ability to have clear TSA, and that kind of gets me through the lines faster,” he said.

So far, OIA expects more than 160,000 passengers to come through Saturday.

The CEO of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Kevin Thibault, predicts that numbers will soar higher than last year.

“We’ll have more than 1.75 million passengers going through during this holiday season,” he said. “That is a 10% increase over 2021.”
