ORLANDO, Fla.,None — Officials are preparing for more than 65,000 football fans to be in downtown Orlando for the Champs Sports Bowl.
Workers at the Citrus Bowl were hard at work on Wednesday, hanging banners and unloading food for fans.
The football field got the finishing touches to welcome a sellout crowd.
Officials said they're expecting more than 65,000 people to attend Thursday night's game. That's 16,000 more than last year.
Adding that to the same crowd expected at the Capital One Bowl, on New Years Day and it means about $80 million for the local economy.
But with the extra crowd comes extra traffic.
It's a big concern for city officials, especially since there's a Magic home game versus the New Jersey Nets on Thursday night.
Fans will have to compete for parking spots.
Lots around the Citrus Bowl are already sold to capacity.
City officials are suggesting fans park father away, and take a $10 shuttle to their destination.
