KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The Fire Marshal’s Office has identified the person of interest in connection with a 3-alarm fire at a Kissimmee hotel that left hundreds of families homeless.
Officials said Kevin Stewart remains a person of interest and not a suspect in the investigation.
Investigators said they are still pursuing leads in the case.
Much of the Unno Boutique Hotel burned down a couple of days before Christmas.

Investigators later ruled the fire as an arson and said that someone ignited several mattresses leaning against the outside of the hotel.
Investigators released a picture last week from surveillance video of a man who they have identified as Stewart. However investigators are searching to question him.
More than 200 people were displaced by the fire.
Osceola County is accepting monetary donations to help those affected.

Yasmin Carlson, who lived in a room at the motel, said she grabbed her cat and evacuated.
"At first, I thought it was just a drill,” Carlson said. “It didn't take long for me to realize this [was] real when I saw the smoke from the opposite end of the building."
Anyone with information is asked to call the Arson Tip Hotline at 1-877-NO ARSON (662-7766). Callers can choose to remain anonymous and information that leads to a successful prosecution may be eligible for a cash reward.
