TITUSVILLE, Fla. — A pizza delivery driver is facing several charges Thursday for trying to solicit a child for sex in Titusville, according to authorities.
Johnathan Davis, 23, is accused of sexting a 14-year-old girl he met while working for Papa John's pizza in downtown Titusville.
The girl's parents found sexually explicit texts and photos from the driver and called police.
Police said they recorded a phone call between them and arrested Davis when he drove to the girl's home.
Police searched him and said they found a set of brass knuckles with a knife attached to it.
Davis faces charges of transmitting material harmful to a child, solicitation of a minor, a concealed weapons charge.
Police said he could face additional charges of possession of child pornography.
