SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla.,None — A man accused of going on a shooting rampage in a home that left one person killed and three others wounded turned himself into investigators on Thursday, according to the Sanford Police Department.
Investigators believe 29-year-old Tremaine Patrick opened fire on four people, killing one and injuring the three others inside the home on Cypress Street.
"I'm not sure exactly what led up to it," said Sgt. David Morgenstern of the Sanford Police Department.

Police said 34 -year-old Corey Donaldson died at the scene. They said the three other victims, whose names have not been released, went to the hospital on their own without an ambulance.
"One was not life-threatening, the other two are pretty serious," said Morgenstern.
Pastor Calvin Donaldson said he has already forgiven his son's killer.
"I lost a son and I never can replace that son. I don't hate him. I don't hate. He did it because he was so misguided," said Donaldson.
With pictures of his son in hand, Pastor Donaldson told WFTV that his son was a father of six.
He said his son's youngest child is 18 months old and his oldest is 10 years old.
Pastor Donaldson said that Thursday was Corey Donaldson's birthday.
"He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time and it cost him his life," he said.
Police said they don't know if Patrick was friends with the victims or if he barged into the house and started shooting.
Pastor Donaldson said Patrick was upset about a fight earlier this week.
"Corey just happened to be there the night he retaliated," said Pastor Donaldson.
Neighbors told WFTV the home is a gambling house and it's one of the few WFTV found with bars on the windows.
"I don't know if that's indicative of a gambling house or not but there was something going on there that shouldn't have been going on there," said Pastor Donaldson.
Detectives have not confirmed whether people gambled in the house.
WFTV was there when five people were moving furniture out of the home, but they would not say why.
The people, however, did say that none of the four men who were shot lived in the home.
Police said that two of the men who were shot are in critical condition at Orlando Regional Medical Center. The third is expected to recover.
Patrick was released from prison in 2008, WFTV learned, and in the past he has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.
