PORT ORANGE, Fla. — Police responded to a shooting inside the lobby of the Port Orange Police Department Thursday morning.

The shooting happened around 8:30 a.m. at the Port Orange Police Department on S. Clyde Morris Boulevard.

Officials said there is no threat to the community and all officers and employees are safe and accounted for.
