ORLANDO, Fla. — After some delay the Portillo’s in Orlando is getting closer to opening.
The company announced on Twitter that the Orlando location will be opening June 15 at 10:30 a.m.
Fans of the famous Italian Beef sandwiches have been waiting since January when the fast food chain announced the new location would be coming to Orlando.

The company had originally set the opening of its newest eatery for March but announced they would have to postpone the opening due to construction delays.
The Oak Brook, Illinois-based chain best known for Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches and its famous chocolate cake is part of the $1 billion O-Town West development.

The 7,800-square-foot restaurant, located at the intersection of Palm Parkway and Daryl Carter Blvd, will feature a diner theme with rock ‘n roll elements.
The Orlando restaurant in addition to locations in Tampa and Brandon will be the third location in the state of Florida.
