ORLANDO, Fla. — Universal Studios said it had a technical glitch with its ride, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts Thursday at 4 p.m.
A person on the ride tweeted the seats wouldn’t open and they were stuck on the ride for at least 30 minutes.
A spokesperson with Universal Studios told Eyewitness News it’s not unusual for them to have some issues now and again.
Everyone has been removed from the ride.
