ST. CLOUD, Fla. — A rollover van crash near St. Cloud sent a woman and eight children to hospitals Wednesday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol troopers.
Troopers said Elizabeth Ann Sites, 31, of Orlando was westbound on U.S. 192 near Nova Road heading to a Southland Christian School when she drove from the left lane into the right lane and then appeared to over-correct the van.

The family's van went off the road and overturned several times ejecting some of the children.
"Multiple helicopters, six or seven. This was probably like the biggest accident I seen out here," said witness Caesar Collier. "A lot of people came out to help. They did everything they could, dragging people out of the van. So, I saw some good Samaritans."
Sites was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition, troopers said.
Troopers did not have information on the conditions of the children.
Both east and west Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (US-192) were shut down from Narcoossee Road to Nova Road, but the roadway has since reopened.
School leaders wouldn’t comment on the crash.
