ORLANDO, Fla. — SeaWorld Orlando is bringing back its Halloween Spooktacular this week with a new experience inspired by “Hotel Transylvania.”
The family-friendly Halloween event runs on select dates from Aug. 29 through Nov. 1 and is included with park admission.
For the first time, characters from “Hotel Transylvania” will join the celebration. Guests can meet characters including Drac and Mavis and attend a new dance party featuring Mavis and Johnny.
SeaWorld is also offering a separately ticketed “Hotel Transylvania” character breakfast at SeaFire Inn, which will be transformed into the “Monster Dread & Breakfast.”
Returning activities include a trick-or-treat trail with 12 candy stations, the Pumpkin Garden, Spooky Bubble Trail and Scarecrow Halloween Dance Parade.
Families can also meet Spookley the Square Pumpkin and SeaWorld’s Halloween mermaids. Sesame Street characters will return for a Halloween parade, along with Storytime with Big Bird.
SeaWorld said costumes are welcome, although guests ages 13 and older cannot wear costume masks or hoods.
The event also includes SeaWorld’s Teal Pumpkin Program, which allows guests with food allergies to collect tokens at trick-or-treat stations and exchange them for allergy-friendly treats.
