SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — The center eastbound and westbound lanes on Mitchell Hammock Road will close overnight beginning tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 1, at 9 p.m.
A contractor will conduct the temporary lane closures to complete median striping.
The work zone covers Mitchell Hammock Road from 800 feet east of Westwood Square to just west of South Norma Avenue. This single-night project is expected to finish by 5 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 2.
During the overnight project, the outermost eastbound and westbound lanes will remain open to traffic.
Drivers traveling through the area are urged to follow all posted traffic devices and reduce speed for the safety of road workers.
