SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A Sanford man is accused of using a cell phone hidden inside a bag to video another man taking a shower in a gym locker room.

A man told police he was showering in an individual stall at LA Fitness, located at 1540 State Road 436, when he noticed a small black shower bag placed on the dividing shower wall with a small hole in it facing towards him.
When police searched the bag, which Phutham had attempted to hide in a bathroom trash can, they said it appeared to have a phone case glued inside of it so that the camera of an iPhone would perfectly line up with the hole in the bag.

Officers said Phutham allowed them to search his phones following the incident. According to an arrest report, one of the phones had no evidence of photos of the incident but the other had been factory reset.
