Seven arrested after drug raids in Titusville

The seven suspects were arrested on drug charges and outstanding warrants

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — Seven people were arrested after police served search warrants at two south Titusville homes as part of an investigation into suspected drug sales.

Titusville police detectives and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office searched homes in the 900 block of Cleveland Street and the 1600 block of Bahama Street on Aug. 13.

Investigators said they seized more than 70 grams of methamphetamine and several grams of fentanyl.

The investigation began after neighbors reported suspected drug sales, frequent short-term visitors, heavy vehicle traffic and harassment in the surrounding area, police said.

Detectives investigated the complaints during June and July before obtaining search warrants for both homes and arrest warrants for people allegedly connected to the activity.

The seven suspects were arrested on drug charges and outstanding warrants. Police said additional arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
