It is all ahead of a main storm system that is on its way. That means the counties could have more rain and storms Thursday. Some of the storms on Thursday could rotate, and isolated tornadoes are possible through Friday morning.
"The silver lining will be the beneficial rain. Up to 2 inches of rain, if not more, is likely," said Shields.
