Severe thunderstorm warnings have been issued in Central Florida

The warning comes as strong thunderstorms develop across the region amid hot and humid conditions

ORLANDO, Fla. — The National Weather Service has issued weather warnings as strong storms move through Central Florida.

A Severe T’Storm Warning has been issued for northern Osceola County until 5:45 PM.

This includes St. Cloud.

Movement is north at 10 mph.

Greatest threats are winds over 50 mph, intense lightning and hail.

Additional strong-to-severe storms are possible in Metro Orlando and inland areas through the early evening.
