St. Cloud police seek help locating wheelchair stolen from disabled rescue dog

The specialized wheelchair belongs to Baby, a senior hospice dog cared for by The Pittie Party of Central Florida

ST CLOUD, Fla. — The St. Cloud Police Department is asking for the public’s help after a specialized wheelchair belonging to a disabled rescue dog was stolen.

Police shared a post from The Pittie Party of Central Florida, which said someone took the wheelchair from a porch.

The rescue said the wheelchair belongs to Baby, a senior hospice dog who cannot walk without it. The specialized chair costs about $800 and is necessary for her mobility and daily care.

St. Cloud police are asking anyone with information about the wheelchair or who may have taken it to call 407-891-6700.
