ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida is settling into a drier, slightly cooler weather pattern after the cold front moved through the region.
Plenty of sunshine is expected across the Orlando area on Monday through Thursday, with very little chance of rain for most inland communities.
The drier air will bring some relief from the recent heat, while temperatures remain seasonably warm throughout the workweek.
High temperatures will stay in the upper 80s through Friday, while overnight lows could dip into the upper 60s beginning tonight and continuing through the end of the workweek.
A few coastal showers will be possible Wednesday and Thursday, but most of Central Florida should remain dry under mostly sunny skies.
The quiet weather pattern will begin to change Friday as the next cold front approaches the state.
Rain chances will increase Friday and Saturday as the front moves through the region.
Behind the front, another noticeable cooldown is expected across Central Florida, bringing a fresh round of cooler temperatures heading into the weekend.
