BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A suspect is in custody after fleeing the scene of a crash on Interstate 95, deputies said.
The incident happened on I-95 north of Deering Parkway, where one lane remains closed.
According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect fled after the vehicle crashed.
Deputies, along with officers from Orlando Police and the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, were involved in the search.
Authorities later confirmed the suspect was taken into custody.
The circumstances surrounding the crash and the search remain unclear.
