ORLANDO, Fla. — After an active Thursday, more unsettled weather is expected to close out the work week.
The rain and storms will slowly end this evening, with partly cloudy skies overnight. Morning lows will be in the mid 70s.
More activity is likely for Friday. After a quiet morning, rain and storms will again develop in the PM hours. Highs for Friday will be in the mid 90s.
The active weather pattern continues into the weekend. PM rain and storms will be likely Saturday, but the bulk should be inland for the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona. Temps for Saturday will be in the low 90s.
Even more moisture arrives Sunday, increasing rain chances further. Periods of rain and storms are expected, with temps Sunday in the low 90s.
The rain and storm threat marches on into next week. Elevated rain and storm chances will remain in place through the middle of next week, with temps in the low 90s.
