CENTRAL FLA. — It was an active weekend across Central Florida, and more unsettled weather is ahead to start the work week.
The showers and storms will end this evening, but some coastal activity will be possible towards daybreak. Morning lows will be in the mid 70s.
The deep tropical moisture remains in place for Monday, keeping rain and storm chances elevated. The best chance for activity will be in the afternoon and evening, with highs in the low 90s.
The unsettled weather pattern continues into midweek. Elevated rain and storm chances continue for both Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs in the low 90s.
Some slightly drier air may arrive late in the week, but the threat of rain and storms will continue. Temps Thursday and Friday will be in the low 90s.
Right now, Labor Day weekend features scattered storms all three days with highs in the low 90s.
