DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash in Duval County.
A vehicle was traveling southbound on Interstate 295 south of Wilson Boulevard.
A second vehicle was stopped on the inside shoulder.
The driver of the second vehicle was assisting the occupants of a disabled vehicle in the center lane.
Upon swerving to the left, the front of vehicle one collided with the rear of vehicle two.
The impact caused vehicle one to rotate and spin into the left travel lane.
The crash remains under investigation.
