DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — AdventHealth is wrapping up a major expansion of its Daytona Beach hospital to keep pace with the growing population in Volusia County.
The project features five new stories built between two existing towers at the hospital complex.
The construction project adds more than 100 new beds to the medical facility, allowing more people to receive care here. Plus, the team did a fantastic job building a new parking lot with 287 spaces, making it easier for patients, visitors, and staff to find a spot and feel welcome.
AdventHealth will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the hospital expansion on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
