SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. — Satellite Beach resident parking passes expire on Dec. 31 and must be renewed to remain valid. Passes do not renew automatically.
Renewed resident passes will be valid for two years, through Dec. 31, 2028. Non-resident passes must be renewed annually. The city’s parking vendor, PCI, is handling renewals.
To renew online, residents must use the unique account link emailed by PCI. City officials advise checking spam or junk folders and not sharing the links.
In-person renewals are available today, Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Founders Day Marketplace. PCI also offers extended office hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday through Dec. 31, 2026, in the Public Works lobby, 240 Jackson Ave.
Drivers renewing in person must bring their vehicle registration and identification/proof of residency.
For questions, contact PCI at 321-773-4407, ext. 510, or parksboffice@municipalparking.com.
